Many KREIDEZEIT wall paints are specially formu-lated as powder and are only mixed with water on site shortly before processing. On the one hand the transport weight and thus also the CO2 emissions during transport to our customers are reduced, on the other hand we can completely dispense with the use of preservatives. The latter makes them interesting for many allergy sufferers, but also brings with it only a limited shelf life of the mixed colors, usually only 1 to a few days.
\nIn many cases, however, it is necessary to finish a project in several time intervals. Constant remixing, especially of colour tones, can be impractical here.<\/p>\n
Pinol serves to prolong the durability of these paints, which are ready mixed with water, so that service lives of up to many weeks are possible in which the paints can be used up.<\/p>\n
The actual service life of a mixture cannot be gua-ranteed and also depends on other influences. Storage of the mixtures at cool temperatures, use of clean water and clean tools (buckets, stirrers, brushes\/rollers) significantly prolongs the shelf life.<\/p>\n
