Why does Kreidezeit not have an online shop for private customers?

We protect our dealers and the retail trade in general. The distribution of paints/plasters in general and therefore also natural paints usually requires specific advice. This cannot always be guaranteed via online shops. You can get this advice from us and our trained dealers.

Can I, as a private customer or craftsman, have products delivered directly to another country?

In many European and non-European countries we sell our products through general importers. Our international partners.

We cannot supply you directly in these countries. Please contact your importer in your country. If there is no general importer in your country, we will be happy to supply you directly.

Can I visit Kreidezeit directly and buy goods there?

You are welcome to visit us by telephone and make an appointment for a consultation. Our showrooms are also open during our opening hours. You can take goods directly with you from our distribution warehouse. However, we keep dealer protection during invoicing. This means that if you have a KREIDEZEIT dealer near your place of residence, the settlement will take place via this dealer.

How can I get advice from Kreidezeit?

Our product consultants are available by telephone Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m and Friday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. (german time). If the lines are occupied, you will be called back. In order to give you quick and thorough advice, please provide information on the type and condition of the substrates.

Can I get advice from Kreidezeit on site?

Until now, we have not had our own field service. This would cost a lot of money and make the products considerably more expensive. Keep prices low together with us, use the advice of a trained dealer in your area or our telephone consultation.
